linkrunway.

Who we are

LinkRunway is operated by Kimeur Labs, LLC, 4848 Lemmon Ave STE 420, Dallas, TX 75219, United States. Contact us at support@linkrunway.com.

These terms apply when you visit linkrunway.com, create an account, or use our console, SDKs, or API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use LinkRunway for a company or another organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm that you are allowed to.

The service

LinkRunway is a link management and attribution platform. You can create branded short links and QR codes, send people to the right place in an app or on the web, measure the clicks and events that follow, and track partner referrals and commissions. It includes a web console, SDKs, and an API.

We keep improving LinkRunway, so features can change. Some depend on your plan. Others depend on services we do not control, such as app stores, ad networks, and payment providers.

Accounts and workspaces

You need an account to use the console. Give us accurate details, keep your password and API keys secret, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your keys.

Work happens in workspaces. A workspace owner decides who joins, what each member may do, and which plan the workspace is on. If you were invited to a workspace, its owner controls the data in it.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

Plans and allowances

Starter is free. Pro costs $29 per month and Business costs $99 per month, in US dollars. Enterprise is priced by agreement. Each plan includes allowances for clicks, events, new links, domains, apps, and team members, listed on our pricing page. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each calendar month, in UTC.

We do not charge overage fees. When a workspace reaches an allowance, you cannot add more of that item until the allowance resets or you move to a larger plan. Your links keep working: a visitor is always redirected, although clicks above the allowance are not recorded.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance each month or, where we offer it, each year. You subscribe from Plan & usage in the console, or by agreement with our team. Stripe processes the payment on its secure checkout page, where the price and any tax are shown before you pay. Our prices do not include taxes.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged for the next period, until you cancel. If a payment fails, you keep your plan while Stripe retries it. If the payment still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the workspace returns to Starter.

You can switch plans or billing periods from Manage billing. A switch takes effect right away and starts a new billing period: you pay the new price, less a credit for the unused part of the period you already paid for.

We may change our prices. A new price applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you by email before it does.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the console, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep your plan until then, and the workspace then returns to Starter. Nothing in the workspace is deleted when a plan ends, but Starter’s allowances apply.

For billing questions, or if you believe you were charged in error, contact support@linkrunway.com. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Your content and your customers’ data

You keep all rights to what you put into LinkRunway: your links, destinations, domains, campaign details, and the event and customer data your apps and servers send. You give us permission to host, process, and display it as needed to run the service for you.

You are responsible for that data. Make sure you have the right to use it, give the people whose activity you measure the notices they are owed, and collect their consent where the law requires it.

Do not send us payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data about people. Identify your customers with opaque IDs, not with names or email addresses.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the data we process on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Do not use LinkRunway to:

  • send people to malware, phishing pages, scams, or content that is illegal or infringes someone else’s rights;
  • hide where a link leads in order to deceive, or send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages;
  • track people without the notice and consent the law requires, or work around a privacy choice they have made;
  • inflate clicks, installs, or conversions, or claim commissions that were not earned;
  • break, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the service, or get around plan allowances or access controls;
  • resell the service, or offer it to others as your own, without our written agreement.

If the rules are broken

We may disable links or suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. While a workspace is suspended, its links stop redirecting and its console and API access are turned off. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. To report a link, write to support@linkrunway.com.

Partner programs and payouts

If you run a partner program on LinkRunway, the agreement with each partner is yours. You set the commission terms, approve what is owed, and are responsible for paying it and for any tax reporting that applies. LinkRunway keeps the ledger. It is not a party to your partner agreements, and it does not give tax advice or file tax forms.

Where we offer payouts through Stripe, Stripe moves the money. You fund each batch in advance, and the total, including any platform fee, is shown before you pay. Partners receive transfers to a Stripe account they set up themselves, under Stripe’s terms. If part of a funded batch cannot be paid out, the unspent amount stays with us until we settle it with you.

If you are a partner, your commissions are owed by the business whose program you joined, not by LinkRunway. Questions about amounts, approval, or payment go to that business.

Other companies’ services

LinkRunway connects to services run by other companies, such as Stripe, app stores, ad networks, and your identity provider. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We are not responsible for how they work or for changes they make.

Our rights

We and our licensors own LinkRunway, including the console, SDKs, API, and documentation. You may use them with the service while these terms apply. Open-source components keep their own licenses. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using LinkRunway at any time. To close your account or delete a workspace, write to support@linkrunway.com.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or use the service in a way that could harm others or us. We may also stop offering LinkRunway or part of it. If that ends a paid plan early, we will tell you in advance and refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Disclaimers

LinkRunway is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that attribution and analytics will be complete. They depend on device settings, privacy choices, other platforms, and how the SDKs are set up. LinkRunway does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

You are responsible for your links, your content, your partner programs, and how you use the service, including claims that others bring because of them.

To the extent permitted by law, Kimeur Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes and governing law

We will post changes to these terms here and update the effective date. Significant changes are announced by email or in the console before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where your local law says otherwise. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
